Kerry Bowman,  PhD, Clinical Ethicist

Professor Bowman teaches both Global Health and Ethics courses to both undergraduate and medical students. He has extensive fieldwork experience bringing his ethical expertise to vulnerable areas around the world and continues to lend his expertise to several documentaries and news outlets on bioethical concerns (such as CRISPR, genomics, environmental concerns, climate change, etc.).

Edward Xie, MD MSc CCFP(EM) DTM&H, Emergency Physician

(Global Health Emergency Medicine, University of Toronto)

Dr. Xie is a physician at University Healthy Network and a lecturer at the University of Toronto. After residency training in Toronto and Montréal, he completed an MSc in Health Policy, and a Diploma of Tropical Medicine at the Gorgas Memorial Institute. With the GHEM team, he has been a faculty delegate to Addis Ababa University and is involved with research and education projects. His interests include working with vulnerable populations in Canada, and social and environmental determinants of health. (http://ghem.ca/)

Chung-Wai Chow,  MD, PhD, FRCPC,

(Division of Respirology and Multi-Organ Transplant Programme, University Health Network)
